VCF Academy Canada show support for Valencia region
Coach Isma Fayos talks about the response from the North American academy
VCF Mestalla head coach Miguel Ángel Angulo previewed the game against CD Roda which will take place on Saturday, 6th of November at 5 pm kick-off time on Matchday 11 in group VI of Tercera RFEF.
“It’s another chance to play an away game against a different proposition. They’re doing things very well at home and they’re going to be in the higher reaches of the table. They’re play-off candidates or even group winners.
CD Roda are a side who enjoy possession with talented players to do so. They boast a lot of mobility in midfield committing many men forward.
Dictating play is going to be key to get into pockets of space and be effective in the areas, the strategy… details that we’re going have to take care of a lot to beat the opposition.
We must have a really solid and disciplined performance right from the off, having no doubts since they take advantage of those situations.
We’re going to need the full squad not only the eleven out on the field, but everyone on the bench too. It’s the toughest away game thus far.
The players are interpreting our game plan for Saturday. There are other players knocking on the door to be in the starting lineup at any given moment.
There might be a change to the starting lineup, but the positive thing is that all the players are available, but Marc Ferris”.
