Valencia CF have made a strong start to their time under coach José Bordalás, going unbeaten in the opening three matchdays of the LaLiga season.
The early fixtures before the international break, which takes place over the next 1.5 weeks, is an opportunity to see how sides have taken onboard new strategies and tactics for the season, and for Valencia CF this has meant a best kickoff to the season in 7 years.
The team have obtained a total of seven points out of a possible nine, going joint top of the LaLiga table. No side has maintained a perfect record, displaying the competitive nature of the Spanish Primera División.
The last time Valencia CF had such a total was back in 2014/15, but this time around the defensive numbers are even better: Just one goal has been conceded so far this term, compared to two in that campaign.
There have also been debuts for young talents and new signings, assured performances from the team as a whole, and the scoring exploits of Carlos Soler, who is joint top marksman in LaLiga after scoring in every game to date.
