Regional derby brings activities stateside for VCF Academy Houston
The Valencia CF Academy Houston and Villarreal CF Houston Academy shared time together in the run-up to the senior team game between the two clubs
The Escoles VCF programme is coming to the end of another season, and the more than 400 players (plus parents) and coaches from the clubs involved will enjoy two days of activities and games at the Ciudad Deportiva to mark the occasion.
Pre-Benjamin category players from the 41 Escoles VCF will have the opportunity to play football and make the most of the facilities, as well as playing a series of adapted 5-a-side games. Other entertainment will also be provided in the form of complimentary activities for the children to take in together.
The Escoles VCF programme returned to in-person operation in 2021/21, following a switch to online activity due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
A presentation ceremony, workshop coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the Ciudad Deportiva and various days of coexistence have made up a very complete season, in which the VCF Academy has continued to consolidate its Escoles VCF project.

The Escoles VCF project is in its fourth season this year, expanding its horizons with the incorporation of new schools that reinforce the traditional commitment of the VCF Academy to clubs in the Valencia region.
Through the 41 partner schools, spread throughout Valencia and Murcia, the VCF Academy has a double objective: The recruitment and training of young talent, as well as the promotion and spreading of the social and sporting image of the club.
