FAN STORY : "Amunt, always Amunt"
The sentiment continues to move us with the stories of Valencia CF fans. One of those great Valencianistas is David Colomer. This young Valencia CF fan suffers from Infantile Cerebral Palsy (ICP), a disorder that limits his ability to move and maintain his balance and posture, in other words, it affects his psychomotor skills."
When he was 8 months old, tests were carried out and this disorder was detected. Even so, David, with his daily effort, is making a lot of progress and is even getting very good marks", explains Raúl Colomer, David's father.
Valencianista family
"Amunt, sempre Amunt". Sentiment and courage are two of the values that characterise the Colomer family. "We are all Valencianistas. When the games are over, you see David and he lives it very much. He has always been a Valencia CF fan since he was a child. For him it is sacred to watch all the matches", says Raúl Colomer, David's brother.
David and his family were able to enjoy a day at the Camp de Mestalla and the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna, meeting the men's first team, the club president Layhoon Chan and the recent World Cup winner with the Spanish senior team, Enith Salón. An experience they will never forget.
In 2015, they were able to make their dream of visiting the Camp de Mestalla come true. "
This first time was unforgettable, I still remember it. This initiative came from a teacher and thanks to what Valencia CF organised we were able to raise funds to buy a computer with programming, which is very expensive, and a retina reader to help her with her studies. We are grateful because there are many families who need it", says Raúl, David's father.
