Ivonne Chacón signs for VCF Femenino
Valencia CF Femenino and Ivonne Chacón have reached an agreement which will see the striker play in a VCF Femenino shirt for the next two seasons until the 30th of June 2024.
The 24-year old striker was born on the 12th of October of 1997, Colombia. She joins Andrea Esteban’s side after making a move from Millonarios FC to get her first taster of European women’s football brimming with ambition and dedication. The Colombian stands out for her pace, agility and physical prowess which together with her talent, it is a guarantee of success.
The player boasts an extensive footballing career across the pond with various different spells at City Fútbol Club, La Equidad, Atlético Huila, Independiente Santa Fe and Millonarios FC.
To cap it all off she has featured in three editions of the Copa Libertadores with a Colombian Women's Championship title won back in 2020 for Independiente Santa Fe. Ivonne is a player with plenty of prospect and a bright future ahead of her in European football and we are looking forward to seeing her shine with her own light in a Valencia CF Femenino shirt.
