History:
Valencia CF will take on Celta Vigo on Saturday 19 of September at 9 pm kick-off time at Balaídos for their first outing of the season. Javi Gracia’s side will try to follow on from their Valencia derby win on the opening day of LaLiga.
Celta Vigo visited SD Eibar on the opening day of LaLiga where they played out a goalless draw at Ipurúa which saw the spoils being shared at full-time.
Valencia CF have taken on Celta Vigo on the road on 67 occasions with Balaídos proving to be a tough ground to visit in recent seasons with 17 wins ( 25,7% winning rate), 22 draws (32.84 %) 28 losses (41,79%).
Valencia CF’s latest win at Balaídos dates back to the 19 of January 2019 where Valencia CF snatched a late winner against Celta Vigo with two late second half goals in a match that ended in a 1-2 win.
