Baraja: "We want to dedicate the victory to the victims and those affected by the 'DANA'"
The coach previews the game against Real Betis
Valencia CF will open Mestalla to the public for this Sunday’s 6:30pm kickoff against SD Eibar, with a limited capacity of 5,000 fans (*). The club have been working on an internal protocol for the organisation and distribution of fans at Mestalla for several months, in accordance with the approved measures to guarantee the best conditions at the stadium.
Following the authorisation of the presence of fans for the final two matchdays of the LaLiga season, and ahead of this Sunday’s home game against SD Eibar, Valencia CF wish to remind season ticket holders of the rights and advantages that were communicated last summer and will apply whilst matches are held with limited attendance.
Depending on the compensation option chosen, fans will have access to a priority ticket and discount.
NOTE: If no option was chosen within the stipulated timeframe, ‘Option 2’ was assigned by default. Valencia CF will send out an email in the coming hours reminding fans of their chosen option and the instructions to follow.
To be able to attend matches, it will be necessary to buy tickets through the online portal. The availability of seats will be determined by health and safety guidelines. Up to 2 tickets per purchase may be acquired, as long as the second person has chosen the same option -or a superior option.
NOTE: It is possible that a season ticket holder’s habitual seat is not available for ticket purchase due to these limitations.
Those who chose ‘Option 1’ will have a preferential purchase timeframe. In the event of tickets still being available after this time period, those who chose ‘Option 2’ will have preference over those who selected ‘Option 3’ -who will only be able to purchase tickets only if they remain after the time period for the previous category.
The periods for purchase will be the following:
-Option 1: Friday 14th May, from 10am until 11:59pm.
-Option 2: Saturday 15th May, from 12:30am until 11:59pm.
NOTE: No order of priority exists amongst those who have chosen the same option, and tickets will only be on sale for as long as stocks last.
Those who chose ‘Option 1’ or ‘Option 2’ will receive a 50% discount on the RRP. Those who chose ‘Option 3’ will receive a 10% discount on the RRP.
NOTE: The purchase will be able to be made for any area of the stadium (not necessarily the season ticket holder’s regular seat) and will depend on guidelines by health and safety authorities.
In accordance with health and safety authority guidelines and the LaLiga Code of Conduct, within the stadium a distance of 1.5 metres between all persons must be respected. No food or drink may be consumed, and smoking is not permitted. The use of FFP2 masks -without vents- will be compulsory, and temperature will be taken in a staggered manner at the entry gate.
In the coming hours on Valencia CF official channels, prices and links through which to purchase tickets online for the game against SD Eibar will be published.
