Rivero, Vázquez, Guillem and K. Koba Leïn make official debuts

The Copa del Rey match against Terrassa FC saw four players to make their official debuts for Valencia CF: Cristian Rivero, Jesús Vázquez, Guillem Molina and K. Koba Leïn. The quartet featured in the starting lineup of a match that ended with the team going through to the next round.
Goalkeeper Cristian Rivero is 22 years old and has been part of the VCF Academy since he was 9. He had already been substitute goalkeeper for the first team on several occasions in recent seasons, and played in friendly games in preseason in 2018/19 and 2019/20.
Also boasting more than a decade in the VCF Academy is 17-year-old Jesús Vázquez. The son of former Valencia CF sporting director, Braulio Vázquez, he occupied a spot on the left wing and played 85 minutes, before being replaced by Yunus Musah.
K. Koba Leïn, the French midfielder with roots in New Caledonia, formed a midfield pairing with Vicente Esquerdo until he was substituted in the second half.
Guillem Molina's debut was cut short at the beginning of the second half, when he was sent off for a second yellow card.
