Running in the riverbed in first Friday session
The group had a different kind of training session to start the day
The Valencia CF squad switched things up in their Friday morning training session, swapping their boots for running shoes. They undertook a series of exercises in the Rio Turia riverbed -dry since the late 1960s.
It was a first session for the players on Friday, with a schedule of three daily workouts for the day. Preseason training will contninue in Valencia until Friday July 19th, when the group head to Crans-Montana in Switzerland for their summer camp.
