The VCF Soccer Academy in New York held another edition of its Winter Camp last week, in which close to 50 young players aged between 6 and 14 were able to enjoy learning through the VCF Academy methodology.
The Winter Camp ran for 4 days, from February 16-19th, coinciding with the half-term holidays for schools. It was run in Long Island, at the Coleman Country Day Camp facility alongside Meadowbrook Parkway.
All precautions were taken to ensure prevention of the spread of COVID-19, including a limit on the number of places available.
Besides the Winter Camp, in February the VCF Soccer Academy in New York have also started up a new category for young players. The age range for ‘Lil Bats’ is from 4 to 7 years old, and those who wish to learn more about signing up -and the other activities available- can request information at [email protected] or by calling (516) 387-2047
The VCF Soccer Academy in New York is one of four in North America, alongside those in Houston, Seattle and Montreal. The aim of the International Academies programme is to increase the club’s profile and spread the prestigious VCF Academy methodology worldwide.
