Valencia CF and RC Celta de Vigo are two clubs that have shared more than 35 players throughout history. In addition, this time will be another special meeting between the two, as the current Celta coach, Rafa Benítez, is considered a legend for the Valencian club. Benítez spent 3 seasons as 'che' coach and won 3 titles: La Liga (2001-02), Liga (2003-04) and UEFA (2003-04).
