The VCF Soccer Academy in Busan (South Korea) has expanded its base with the acquisition of a new facility, which will be its third location in the second largest city in the Asian country. Nearly 400 players train and compete there, following the working methodology of the VCF Academy.
The new Training Centre is located near Gimhae International Airport, and houses the four Under-8s, Under-10s, Under-12s and Under-15s teams. The other two venues are located in Hwamyeongdong, which has two indoor pitches for grassroots teams, and Haeundae, with three more pitches, very close to the beach in the coastal city.
In addition, from this February the VCF Academy Busan Training Centre hosts a first team for the women's section (senior level) of the Academy and individual training sessions. Anyone interested in both this new category and the rest of the teams and activities, can contact the academy via email at valenciacfacademy@naver.com, or on the website vcfacademybusan.com.
With this expansion of its facilities and teams, the VCF Soccer Academy in Busan strengthens its presence in the most important maritime city in South Korea. The Busan headquarters is one of the several International Academies that Valencia CF have in Asia, along with those in Seoul, Wakayama and Osaka.
