Valencia CF are opposed to -and condemn -racism in all forms. Before training on Tuesday, the first team squad showed their support for the ‘Black Lives Matter’ antiracism movement that has gathered pace following the recent death of George Floyd, whose funeral was held this Monday at The Fountain of Praise Church in Houston, USA. Valencia CF wish to raise awareness of discrimination of all kinds, be it against people for their gender, sexual orientation, origins or skin colour, and believe that it has no place in society.
