With great joy and enthusiasm, this group of young players between 8 and 15 years old have enjoyed the different shifts of the VCF Soccer Camp, alternating fun and sports practice with learning with our coaches the working methodology of the VCF Academy, the sixth-best in Europe in the training of players for the elite, according to the latest report of the CIES Football Observatory.

The experience for everyone has been very enriching" explains Vicent Roch, Technical Manager of the VCF Academy Programs who travelled to Japan to participate in the Campuses.

"We have been able to train with children with a lot of discipline, but also with a lot of passion and a great desire to learn. They perfectly represent our values of the VCF Academy, both the children and the coaches here, who are doing a great job," says Roch, who especially highlights the work of the Director of the VCF Soccer Academy in Japan, Yoshio Nakatani.

The oldest VCF Soccer Academy
In Japan, the VCF Academy has the oldest VCF Soccer Academy of all, which has been active for more than a decade and was the seed of the project that currently has several Academies in different parts of America, Asia and Europe. After a few years of obligatory stoppage due to COVID, last year the academy resumed its activity with more strength.

"Every day in Japan we are fighting for this shield and I would like them to know that in Valencia," explained Yoshio Nakatani, director of the VCF Soccer Academy in Japan on the occasion of his presence at the II VCF Academy World Cup. "The bat always flies and I'm going to keep flying with the kids," he told VCF Media.
