VCF Academy Programs participants help DANA recovery efforts
The collaborators contribute with messages of support and aid
The VCF Academy's international expansion policy has extended to an agreement to establish an alliance with Cumbayá Spirit Club from Ecuador.
With this agreement in South America, the VCF Academy expands a network of international projects that already includes Europe, North America, Africa and Asia, spreading the methodology and identity that has made the VCF Academy one of the best in Europe in player training for the elite.
Cumbayá Spirit Club, located in Quito, the capital of Ecuador, was founded in 2019 -initially with an exclusively female academy and amateur structure. With this agreement, the VCF Academy will help consolidate this female setup, whilst also helping to promote the creation of male teams for next season at the facilities that Club Spirit have in Santa Inés de Cumbayá and the Complejo Libertadores de América.
The signing of this international strategic alliance between Club Cumbayá Spirit and Valencia CF took place in Quito and was attended by Gabriel Larrea, president of the Ecuadorian club, and Vicente Roch, technical coordinator of the VCF Academy's international program.
VCF Femenino's Ecuadorian player, Kerlly Real, welcomed this agreement with her compatriots that will allow "the strengthening of ties between people and cultures through football."
Valencia CF Soccer Academy Programs
The international alliances, the technical consultancy and the VCF Soccer Academy that the VCF Academy have in strategic markets are part of the VCF Soccer Academy Programs. This Internationalisation Strategy was a finalist at the World Football Summit Awards 2021.
The main objective of the programs, in addition to expanding the image of Valencia CF and the club's philosophy throughout the world, is to take the training methods of Valencia CF to any part of the globe and share the values of the club, allowing participants to enjoy themselves and learn from the best professionals at the Valencia CF Academy.
