Valencia CF and Main Partner Socios.com have united to launch an unprecedented campaign, which will allow Valencianistas to decide on the shirt design for the team’s first game in the Copa del Rey. Voting is now open all fans who own at least one $VCF Fan Token, and the team will debut this new design in their first match in the Copa del Rey, which will be played on December 1st.
These are the five designs selected:
1919 – Ꝏ
This design pays tribute to Valencia CF's founding, 102 years ago, at Bar Torino by a group of friends who were passionate about football. Today the club have millions of fans around the world, but the same passion and spirit of camaraderie remains.
VCF DNA
The “ADN VCF” logo pays tribute to the essence of Valencia CF: Giving your all and always seeking excellence through humility and collective effort.
EL MURCIÉLAGO
LA DELANTERA ELÉCTRICA
This design pays tribute to the team that won the Copa del Rey for the first time for Valencia CF in 1941, and to its legendary forward line of Epi, Amadeo, Mundo, Asensi and Gorostiza. That team paved the way for success for the club, which would later win seven more such trophies.
AMUNT
The traditional war cry of Valencia cf, and the word that best defines the spirit of the club throughout its centennial history: Overcoming adversity through hard work, courage, mutual trust and the commitment to never give up.
The shirt chosen for this initiative, a pioneer in elite football, is the Legacy Kit. It is a new design with the Blue Lemonade and Vibrant Orange colours, as PUMA, a part of an international campaign with its main clubs in Europe, has replaced the traditional club badge with the club name.
