Mestalla brimming with emotions running high
Relive the emotional events that took place in the run-up to Valencia CF-Real Betis to pay tribute to the victims and those affected by the tragic flash floods
The VCF Academy will hold the third ‘Clinic de Formación’ training workshop on Friday, December 4th, for coaches at the 37 associated schools that are part of the VCF Escoles program. The workshop will be held online and will feature a central theme of "Game-by-game versus long-term curriculum."
Coaches from a number of 11-a-side and 8-a-side teams will participate, expressing their points of view on the subject matter. Up to 6 coaches from each of the 37 schools may take part in the meeting and, at its conclusion, they will be able to ask questions for the VCF Academy coaches and management.
The objective is to instil the idea of continuous training as one of the backbones of the VCF Escoles project.
"What we intend is to expand the services that we offer both to schools and to coaches, so that they have better aptitudes and abilities to in turn coach children," explains Carlos Martínez, head of the VCF Escoles program.
This will be the third edition of the workshop, which in these past two years has been held both face-to-face and online with great success. The Valencia CF Academy aims to achieve a double objective with the program: Recruiting and training young talents from the Valencia and Murcia regions, as well as the promoting the social and sporting side of the club.
