Yarek Gasiorowski saw his footballing dream come true after making his Valencia CF first-team debut at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix this past 7th of October, on Matchday 9 of LaLiga EA Sports. The Polinyà del Xuquer natural joined the VCF Academy at ‘prebenjamín’level looking to grow at his boyhood club.
The homegrown player made huge strides in his footballing development all the way up to the VCF Mestalla with whom he vied for promotion to the 3rd tier of Spanish football last season as a Juvenil player and this season, he is one of the permanent fixtures for Miguel Angel Angulo.
"How nice it is to make your debut in LaLiga with the club of your life. It's always a dream to defend this crest. Thanks to everyone who has been and is by my side every day helping me in the process," says Yarek.
In addition, the 18-year-old centre-back is also a regular in the youth system of the Spanish national team, with whom he competed in the last European Under-19 Championship, reaching the semi-finals of the competition.
Likewise, last Saturday he fulfilled his dream of reaching the first team and becoming the 113th player to come from the VCF Academy to make his debut in an official match since the official inauguration of the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna in 1992.
