A record-breaking Valencia CF summer camp gets underway

Neither the rain nor the heat or any other weather conditions can stop the enthusiasm of the youngsters who, with the arrival of July, are taking part in a record-breaking Valencia CF Summer Camp with 800 participants, the highest number in more than 20 years that it has been held, as well as a record number of nationalities with players registered from 36 countries.

After months and months of waiting -many of them made the reservation taking advantage of the special Christmas promotion- this Monday is the first of the 4 shifts that during July will fill the Ciutat Esportiva of Valencia CF with football, games, fun and a great Valencianista atmosphere started.

The raindrops and dark clouds that surprised Valencia in the early morning could not stop the excitement in the eyes of the first 200 players who Amunt, the Valencia CF mascot, welcomed. Many of them were visiting the Ciutat Esportiva del Valencia CF for the first time, some repeating from previous editions of the Campus.

And as soon as the sun broke through... to enjoy on the pitch with training sessions led by the coaches of the VCF Academy, the fourth best in Europe in the training of players to compete in the elite according to the CIES Football Observatory.

In addition to the training sessions throughout the week, there will be time for challenges and games, as well as various recreational and educational activities that will complete an unforgettable experience.

This Valencia CF Summer Camp is a great opportunity to enjoy and learn about football and also to enjoy a multicultural experience in which boys and girls from 36 different nationalities participate, including Australia, Brazil, Chile, United Arab Emirates, Colombia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Mexico... with the vast majority of European countries also taking part.
