New Valencia CF forward Rafa Mir spoke on this Thursday after his return to the club was made official

Returning to Valencia CF

"I'm coming back home. First of all, I want to thank 4 people and institutions who have been very important for me getting here: The club, who made an incredible effort so that I could be here; Corona, as we have had many conversations for 1 year now; Baraja, who has been fundamental, and to my agent, who has managed the entire operation. It has been a very difficult operation after the way the situation was. It's thanks to them all that today I am here. I am very happy, I'm really looking forward to it and I hope that the moment comes when what everyone wants happens: That I score goals. I feel the confidence of Valencia CF, I have felt it for a long time and I am sure that if things go the way they have to go, I will play for Valencia CF for many years, because this is my home and I am very happy here.”

Last season
