Valencia CF, TM Real Estate Group and LALIGA highlight the business sectors of the Czech Republic and Poland the international tourist attraction of the real estate and football sectors in Spain
Warsaw and Prague have been the cities selected for these meetings.
Valencia CF and TM Real Estate Group, a leading company from Alicante in the residential tourism sector, leader in the residential, hotel and holiday tourism sector, and a specialist in the construction and development of homes along the Mediterranean and Caribbean coast, have organised two business networking events in the Czech Republic and Poland, in collaboration with LALIGA, as part of their international expansion plan and the opening up of new markets. These meetings have highlighted the positive impact on Spanish tourism generated by the excellent real estate investment opportunities that exist in the Mediterranean area and the capacity of Spanish football and its clubs to attract quality tourism.
Designed as networking events and aimed at fans and potential and current clients of TM Real Estate Group, collaborating companies and the business sector in each country, these meetings were the perfect showcase for promoting the opportunities offered by Spain as a real estate investment destination, highlighting TM Real Estate Group's experience in the construction of homes on the Mediterranean coast and the Caribbean, with more than 25,000 homes delivered in its 55-year history.
The meeting in the Czech Republic, which took place in Prague on 24th November, under the slogan ‘Tourism and Investment: Spain, a destination for new opportunities’, was held at the Andaz Prague by Hyatt Hotel and was attended by Miguel Ángel Bossio, ambassador and legend of Valencia CF, LALIGA and the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, as well as authorities such as Diego Ruiz Alonso, from the Spanish Embassy, and José Vicente Morata, vice-president of the Chamber of Commerce. The event included a round table discussion on the attractiveness of the real estate sector and football for international tourism, a cocktail and gifts for the attendees.
On the other hand, on Wednesday 27 November, Valencia CF and its Main Global Partner organised a second event at the Barceló Warszawa Powiśle Hotel in Warsaw. On this occasion, Valencia CF, LALIGA, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Poland and Turespaña also participated.
The event addressed an interesting debate on how to boost European tourism in Spain through the construction of a unique destination thanks to the collaboration of powerful sectors such as real estate and football. The event was attended by Miguel Tendillo, Valencia CF ambassador and legend, who highlighted the importance of ‘supporting our main sponsor, getting closer to our fanbase in other countries and, through this international tour, acting as ambassadors of Mediterranean culture, an aspect of identity shared by Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario’. This meeting was the second event of its kind that TM has organised in Poland, specifically Warsaw, this year, demonstrating the key importance of this country in its internationalisation strategy.
In line with its international plan, throughout 2025, other actions and events will be held in different countries.
As confirmed by Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Real Estate Group: ‘We will continue to promote the presence of the TM brand in Europe with more actions of this type which allow us to talk about our company and showcase Spain as one of the most important tourist destinations in the world. The success of these actions confirms that our commitment to internationalisation is a winning one and that we have great allies on this journey, such as LALIGA and Valencia CF, a team for which we are Main Global Partner and with which we share our Mediterranean DNA’
